Thomas von Wildenradt Gottfredsen

Thomas is involved in the funds’ administration, fundraising, screening, controlling, financial management, analysis and reporting. Previous to joining PENM, Thomas was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) primarily working with IFRS clients, large private entities and private equity funds.

Head of Legal at ATP Pension & Investments, member of the Board of Directors of ATP Private Equity Partners, Chairman of Frontier Energy Erhvervsdrivende Fond. Previously private equity partner, author and lecturer.

Peter is the former CEO of leading Danish pension fund PKA through 19 years. He is also the former deputy chairman of Maj Invest Holding A/S and Forca A/S, member of the board of directors of Fondsmæglerselskabet Maj Invest A/S and Axcel Management A/S and director of Danish Microfinance Partners Management ApS. Currently, Peter is the chairman of the board of directors of Climate Investment Coalition F.m.b.a. and Fonden World Climate Foundation.

Anh is a finance professional with intensive experience in accounting, investment and corporate management. Before joining PENM, Anh worked as Business Controller at Shiseido Cosmetics Vietnam where she oversaw the business and financial operations of the company and shared responsibility for the company’s economic and financial performance. Prior to joining Shiseido Cosmetics Vietnam, Anh worked at VietFund as Deputy CEO of its real estate portfolio company – A&B Development Corporation and before that Anh worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Vietnam, specialized in Retail and Consumer.

Anh holds an MBA from the Kogod School of Business and a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the Ho Chi Minh University of Economics, Vietnam.

David is from Great Britain and was previously Deputy Vice President at the Euro­pean Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where he was a Member of Operations Committee, Chairman of Equity Committee and Deputy Head of Banking Department. David worked twelve years at the EBRD. Prior to joining EBRD, David worked twenty-two years for Citibank in Europe, Middle East and Africa in capacities as Managing Director, Chief of Staff and Head of Commercial Banking.

Tam is responsible for PENM Partners Representative Office’s general administration in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Previous to joining PENM, Tam worked for President Place Saigon Ltd., as a HR and Admin Executive.

Tam holds a B.A. Degree from the Ho Chi Minh University of Social, Sciences and Humanities.

Hang has great working experience and knowledge in accounting, finance, planning, internal control and credit & treasury from more than three years with Ernst & Young Vietnam and seven years with Exxon-Mobil Vietnam at senior positions e.g. Hang was head of the credit & treasury department of ExxonMobil Vietnam for three years.

Hang holds a Bachelor degree in business administration and an award from the Ministry of Education for equalization feasibility study and many other professional trainings.

Chuc is a local lawyer with nearly fifteen years of experience, both in law firms and as an in-house counsel. Before joining PENM Partners, Chuc worked as Chief Legal Officer at Masan Group, one of Vietnam’s largest private sector companies with a focus on the consumption and resources sectors. He has also worked as lawyer for Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allens Linklaters) and YKVN Lawyers. His areas of practice include M&A, foreign investment, corporate restructuring, banking and capital markets. Prior to practicing law, Chuc was a lecturer in law at the Hanoi Banking Institute.

Chuc holds an LLM from the University of Melbourne, Australia and an LLB from the Hanoi Law School, Vietnam.

Michael is involved in the funds’ administration, fundraising, screening, controlling, financial management, analysis and reporting. Previous to joining PENM, Michael was a wealth asset management auditor with Ernst & Young.

Michael holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Auditing.

Lars was previously Managing Director at NOPEF (a developer of Nordic SME companies for establishing in emerging markets with a portfolio of more than 200 companies), Managing Director at InWear & IC Companys (a fully integrated branded consumer goods apparel company with sales of USD 450 million) and Managing Director of Carlsberg Denmark. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Coca-Cola Nordic Beverages and Vice President of Corporate Strategy and M&A at Carlsberg Breweries A/S. From holding positions in executive management, Lars has extensive experience in emerging markets, strategy formulation, corporate growth, operations development, restructuring and M&A.
