AIG ASIA INGREDIENTS JOINT STOCK COMPANY (AIG) AIG Asia Ingredients JSC was established in 2017 as a holding company of (i) the leading local distributor of ingredients in several industries, such as food, dairy, beverage, seafood and pharmaceutical, (ii) the leading Non-Dairy Creamer manufacturer in Vietnam serving big instant coffee manufacturers domestically and the export markets, and (iii) the producer of desiccated coconut, coconut cream/milk and coconut water, in response to the growing demand of coconut-related products in the region and worldwide. The company has continuously expanded its businesses into various trading and manufacturing activities of ingredients for food and beverage industry.
Established in 1996, when exited Vien Dong Group was a pharmaceutical company and had become the third largest domestic pharmaceutical company, specializing in OTC and branded generic prescription products. Vien Dong Group was particularly strong within antibiotic and anti-inflammatory where it enjoyed dominant market shares.
The company was listed on HCMC Stock Exchange in December 2009.
