PENM Partners offers equity capital and strategic partnership to Vietnamese companies under the name Private Equity New Markets (PENM).

The PENM team brings detailed hands-on experience from senior executive positions from international companies in consumer goods, textile/apparel, financial sectors, general industry and more. The PENM team assists the investee companies in critical areas such as formulating business strategies, marketing, branding, distribution, IT strategy, financial management and implementing high standards of corporate sustainable governance.
Experience
PENM partners is one of the most experienced foreign investor teams in Vietnam and has over 17 years of experience within private equity investments in Vietnam through four different funds and has had local presence in Ho Chi Minh City since 2006.
